Sponsorship Sales Manager (Technology)

We are seeking a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager (Technology) with 5–7 years of proven sponsorship or media sales experience — ideally within a B2B media house or events environment — to drive revenue growth by securing strategic partnerships across technology and digital innovation sectors. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll engage with technology solution providers, SaaS, enterprise tech and retail technology companies to structure compelling sponsorship packages that deliver measurable business impact across our marquee events. Key Responsibilities ✔ Drive New Business: Proactively pursue and close sponsorship opportunities through outbound calls, emails, pitches, and virtual/in-person meetings.
✔ Revenue Accountability: Meet and exceed assigned annual sponsorship revenue targets.
✔ Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with current sponsors and prospective clients across technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, retail tech and related domains.
✔ Proposal Development: Craft tailored sponsorship proposals and presentations aligned to client goals and event audiences. ✔ Contract & Revenue Follow-up: Manage contract execution and collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection. ✔ Event Coordination: Stay updated with event timelines, deliverables and deadlines to ensure seamless sponsor activation and fulfilment. ✔ Market Intelligence: Continuously research industry trends, emerging technology players and competitive events to expand lead pipelines and strengthen positioning.
Key Skills & Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
✔ 5–7 years of proven experience in sponsorship or media sales, preferably in a B2B media or events environment.
✔ Strong understanding of technology solutions across Retail, eCommerce and D2C sectors (SaaS, Enterprise Tech, AI, Cloud, Retail Tech).
✔ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
✔ Strong research and lead-generation skills with the ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
